Keep active is important for all of us including those who are disable. By exercising, it is not only improving our physical mobility but as well as our cognitive function. Exercise does not necessarily mean going to the gym or running a marathon, By doing functional exercise such as chair based exercise also can give benefits to us. It can improve our muscle strength, balance and coordination.
