Alpro Physio Seremban team PT. Leong Mei Ling has visited to Persatuan Kebajikan Penjahaan Rumah Anak-anak Yatim, Orang Kurang Upaya dan Orang Tua which is occupied by 30 residents of different age groups. Some of the individuals are even emotionally and mentally challenged. Our physiotherapist conducted group exercises including stretching and mobility exercise. They really had fun together and enjoyed every exercises that we conducted.
Besides that, building a healthy bond among them is also our concern as the major part of the activity. It has been quite challenging to engage with them but that has made us more enthusiastic.
We noticed that there is a lack of exposure on exercises among the population in Seremban. We aim to increase the exercise awareness among society through our profession for better lifestyle.
